At Seaux Gentilly, every cozy creation is handmade with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, processing times, and delivery.


Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Items:
Orders typically process within 2–4 business days.

Custom Orders:
Because your cozy is made just for you, please allow 1–2 weeks for production. We’ll confirm your estimated completion date once your design is finalized.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship across the United States.

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivered in 3–7 business days
  • Rates calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the carrier’s website.


Local Pickup (If Applicable)

Local pickup may be available upon request. If you're nearby, reach out through our Contact Us page, and we’ll confirm availability and pickup details.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it—just contact us as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be found, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first. Then reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help however we can.


International Shipping

International shipping is not yet available, but we hope to expand soon.
